As previously communicated, Trustee Martha Bronitsky has been appointed to assume the caseload and offices (ROSA/SFRN) of retiring Trustee David Burchard, effective January 9, 2026. Effective immediately, the ROSA office has been closed and consolidated into SFRN. As part of this consolidation, the merged office has transitioned from Epiq to BSS. The data migration to BSS has been completed successfully. All cases having the NDC TrusteeID 'ROSA' have been converted to the NDC TrusteeID 'SFRN'. Additionally, the NDC TrusteeID 'ROSA' has been decomissioned and all of its data deleted.
